The Engage suite, which seamlessly integrates with agency websites, is designed so that real estate agents can better serve customers by determining their immediate and longer-term needs above and beyond a contact form completion.
The Engage Capture widget and apps – working 24/7, offer effective and customer-centric calls to action which can be tailored to the requirements of any agency.
Engage Enhance enables customers to share further insights into their needs, after using an existing agency contact form or completing a Capture request.

Collaborating with existing customers, a global beta test of the suite has recently been completed prior to its launch.

Beta trial results show that Engage Capture generated between 1.5x and 8X more contact completions on the customer’s websites. Of these, 1 in 5 customers then qualified their needs by submitting additional data via Engage Enhance. Enhance identified 80% as either a buyer or seller, along with their timeframe to sale or purchase, enabling the agents to talk directly to the customer’s immediate needs in their pipeline follow-up conversations.
