GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN, April 6th, 2020: In response to the current COVID-19 pandemic, global proptech provider, Adfenix has fast-tracked the launch of their Engage Product suite and are offering the solution to all customers free of charge, until September 30th.
The Engage suite, which seamlessly integrates with agency websites, is designed so that real estate agents can better serve customers by determining their immediate and longer-term needs above and beyond a contact form completion.
The Engage Capture widget and apps – working 24/7, offer effective and customer-centric calls to action which can be tailored to the requirements of any agency.
Engage Enhance enables customers to share further insights into their needs, after using an existing agency contact form or completing a Capture request.
Adfenix CEO Hegge explains, “With the reduced opportunity to conduct business in person, digital solutions become even more valuable in protecting brokerages from the financial impact of COVID-19. As a digital-first organisation, we feel a responsibility to try to help our clients to navigate this crisis.”
“We have a moment in time as an industry to question the norms as we are forced to re-imagine the property customer’s journey online. A very real opportunity exists to put agents back at the centre of the consumer experience, with the data-informed insights that Engage can deliver playing a role, which is why we are bringing it to market immediately,” Mr Hegge continued.
Collaborating with existing customers, a global beta test of the suite has recently been completed prior to its launch.
“Working with large agency franchises, boutique office groups and down to a single high-performing agency office the results have been unified”, reported Carl-Robin Kylander, Adfenix Head of Product.
Beta trial results show that Engage Capture generated between 1.5x and 8X more contact completions on the customer’s websites. Of these, 1 in 5 customers then qualified their needs by submitting additional data via Engage Enhance. Enhance identified 80% as either a buyer or seller, along with their timeframe to sale or purchase, enabling the agents to talk directly to the customer’s immediate needs in their pipeline follow-up conversations.
Nick Moir, Head of Marketing for Andrews, UK, said of Engage, “We are getting more info from the clients without disrupting the customer flow. This has enabled us to have intelligent conversations at scale.”
Theo Field, IT & Systems Manager at Ray White Remuera, NZ, agreed, “Adfenix and Engage are extremely powerful tools, backed by an excellent support team and cutting edge technology. The high quality of the information captured by Engage is superior to any other lead provider we have seen.”
The clear benefits of Engage are two-fold. Agents are able to get more, higher quality data about potential customers whilst buyers and sellers can be followed-up in a personalised way that is offering them a great experience, wherever they are on their property journey.
“Engage, is really about assisting agents in playing a longer game, collecting valuable data points so they can start conversations with a greater understanding of their customers’ needs. In most cases, more buyers, sellers, renters and landlords – than any agency could dream of – browse their website as anonymous visitors. What Engage helps agents do, is transition anonymous web visitors into real contacts, and contacts into customers”, Mr Hegge concluded.
