New property for sale

As soon as a new property is listed on your website, the Lead Listing Agent gets the following e-mail notification.

At this point, you have 24 hours to use the link provided in the email to edit or cancel the ad. If you neglect to do either, one of Adfenix's Ad Experts will run a quality check before publishing the campaign.

Property live on social media

When the ads are live, a second e-mail is sent as a confirmation.

Clicking on  "Follow the result"  in this e-mail will take you to the Seller Dashboard where you can track the performance of the campaign in real-time.

Do not forget to share this dashboard with your seller(s). They will love it!

It is important that your clients understand the unique value that you are now providing them. The purpose of this section is to help you sell and explain that value to your future seller clients.

Don’t make it harder than it is. Here are two extremely simple tools thousands of agents are already using to sell the value of Adfenix to their sellers.

1. Show the result dashboard to the seller

Show a Seller Dashboard from a previous campaign to highlight what they will experience entrusting you to sell their home. This way you will come across as an agent that is both marketing-savvy and transparent.

What does it mean to be "Activated"?

All your new residential sales listings are now opted-in for one listing ad and agent ad that will reach thousands of the most relevant buyers and sellers on the market. To cancel the subscription, email support@adfenix.com.

What is the core value that this program will give me?

How do I activate campaigns for listings that are already on the market?

Simply send an email to support@adfenix.com
containing the URLs of the properties that you wish to advertise and they help you with the campaigns.

Can I order more than one campaign for the same listing?

Yes. Go back to the first email you get when you published the listing in the first place and use the Preview/Edit-dashboard to place a new order. This will be added as another campaign in your monthly charge.

Can I cancel a campaign that is already live?

Yes. Send an email to support@adfenix.com to stop a campaign that is already running. If the campaign has been live for longer than 48 hours, you will be charged in full for that campaign.
