Subject: Information under Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196 June 30 2003. 

The D.L. 196/2003 (act) protects the confidentiality of personal data and requests some obligations to those who "deals with" sensitive data.

c) confirmation that the transactions referred to in subparagraph a) and b) are been notified, also as regards their content, those that have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a commitment to put manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. 

4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part: 
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data , pertinent to the purpose of collection;
